On Arrival

Before storage your car will go through the ‘On Arrival’ process detailed below. This is standard practice and true of returning vehicles as well as new entries.

  • Booking form accepted, condition appraised and report agreed.

    File created and keys tagged.

    Vehicle valeted using a safe wash system.

    Interior vacuumed.

    Interior protected with seat
    and floor covers.

    Tyres over-inflated in order to prevent flat spots.

    Vehicle moved to your selected storage facility.

    Once installed, an email will be sent to you with photos that document the whole process.

Storage Packages and Pricing

We have two adjoining facilities, each dedicated to providing one of the below packages.

The packages include the use of specialised equipment which has been specifically chosen to help maintain the condition of your vehicle and to ensure it is ‘ready to go’ when you are.

Once you have chosen your storage package, please take a look at Active Storage which details the scheduled maintenance offerings that can be carried out by our sister company MB Automotive Management.

ESSENTIAL

£27/week

(+VAT)

Your vehicle is:

  • Housed in our ‘Essential’ facility. This facility is secure, discreet, fully insulated and dehumidified (to 55% RH).

    Connected to a Battery Conditioner at all times.

  • Provided with drip trays as required.

  • Fitted with wheel chocks to prevent wear to the parking brake.

    Fitted with a semi-tailored indoor dust cover.

    Checked daily.

    Available for you to access with 48hrs notice.

Make a Booking
EXCLUSIVE

£37/week

(+VAT)

Your vehicle is:

  • Housed in our ‘Exclusive’ facility. This facility is secure, discreet, fully insulated and dehumidified (to 55% RH).

  • Isolated in a Carcoon Veloce Air Chamber.

  • Connected to a Battery Conditioner at all times.

  • Provided with drip trays as required.

    Fitted with wheel chocks to prevent wear to the parking brake.

    Checked daily.

    Available for you to access with 24hrs notice.

Make a Booking

All prices quoted are for cars and Carcoons measuring under 5 metres in length. If your requirements exceed this, please contact us for tailored pricing.

Please get in touch if you would prefer to purchase your own Carcoon to use with us. We will happily supply you with a new Carcoon all of your own.

Terms and Conditions

Whilst in our care we require you to maintain your own car insurance to a minimum level of third party, fire and theft.

The minimum storage period is 12 weeks.

Initial payment can be made by Bank Transfer or on site by Debit or Credit Card.

Subsequent payments can be made four-weekly by Direct Debit, or every 26 weeks by Bank Transfer.

On Collection

Once a collection date is arranged your vehicle will go through our ‘Handover Checklist’, which includes:

  • Checking fluids, including (where possible); fuel, screenwash, coolant, engine and hydraulic oil

    Checking electrics, including; horn, lights, service/management status

    Setting of the Clock

    Re-adjusting of tyre pressures to factory,
    or your preferred, settings

    Checking of MOT and
    Road Tax status

    Re-finishing the interior and exterior

Once the above has been carried out, the results will be documented and presented to you prior to departure.

COLLECTORS

We welcome collections of three cars or more.

We are well used to the complexities of managing a collection of cars in order to maintain their condition. Service scheduling and movement logistics, for a large collection, is a full time job.

Let us help you to focus on enjoying your collection to its fullest.
